Prices
All prices are non-negotiable and priced according to your design and size of cake or cupcakes. The quote is valid for 7 days from the quote date when it was provided. Quote may be revised if alterations are made to the design of cake or cupcakes after the quote was given.
Orders
At least 3 days notice is required for the order of the cupcakes and at least 7 days for the cakes. Tasty Treats by M, LLC reserves the right to decline any order.
Deposit & Payments
Deposit of 50% of the total order is required for placement of the order, which is applied to your balance. The balance is due 24 hours prior the pick up or delivery date. Your order is not secured until the deposit have been paid.
All payments are made through Zelle at TastyTreatsbyM. Tasty teats by M, LLC reserves the right to keep the order and the deposit if the balance is not paid in full.
Pick Up and Delivery
All baked goods are for pick up, unless delivery is requested at the time of order. Pick up windows are agreed upon placement of the order. After the pick up window is closed, all bake goods will be available for pick up upon baker's availability.
Care
For the best taste and texture, cupcakes and cakes should be enjoyed as soon as possible—preferably within 1–3 days of pickup to ensure maximum freshness.
Baked goods should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. After refrigeration the bake goods should be out the refrigerator at least 1 hour prior to consuming. Always keep cupcakes and cakes flat and away from strong odors, as they can absorb surrounding smells.
Please ensure cupcakes and cakes are kept out of reach of children and animals to avoid accidental damage or contamination.
For quality and food safety, it is not recommended to consume cupcakes or cakes more than three days after the date they were made.
Please note that buttercream coloring may stain, so care should be taken when handling and consuming the cupcakes.
Non-Edible Items
Many special occasion cakes contain small decorative elements that are not edible. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that any non-edible items are removed by the caterer or guests before the cake is served and consumed.
Please note that most custom cake toppers and decorative elements are not intended for human consumption and should be removed prior to serving.
Cancellation
Once the order is being placed it becomes NON REFUNDABLE. All cakes/cupcakes remain property of Tasty treats by M, LLC until it is paid in full.
Photographs
Tasty Treats by M, LLC reserves the right to photograph all baked goods for portfolio, marketing, and advertising purposes.
If you would like your cake or cupcakes, along with a special message, to be shared on our social media on a specific date, it is the customer's responsibility to inform Tasty Treats by M, LLC in advance.
